Great question! I realized my sessions went from just giving a reading to actually coaching my clients. I use the akashic records to do it and it is a bit different than just giving a reading. It is actual helpful insight right from the akashic records, as opposed to just answering questions. This seemed to serve my clients well, and I don't think I can go back at this point. While I am technically a spiritual coach, I do not have official life coach certification. This is something I am working towards.

This is probably my most asked question. The akashic records aren't very well known for those starting out. To best explain it, most people think of it like a giant library with many halls and many different sections or departments. Inside of this library, there are records for everything, everyone, every event, every place, every thought, basically anything in existence. It is very elaborate! The records are not books or scrolls, more like an energetic imprint of every person, place, and thing in the past, present and future. So when people give past life readings, or prophetic readings, they are accessing the akashic records. You hear a lot about prophecies and predicting future events... those people accessed the universal akashic records for that information.

I don't usually, no. Future based messages are difficult to decipher correctly because there are so many different branches of information based off of your free will. Your current trajectory can change based off of a simple interaction with someone, or choosing a different coffee shop one day. And then the message would no longer be valid. I prefer to coach and heal what you have already gone through so I can better equip you for whichever future you choose.

Akashic Alchemy is a combination of akashic records and alchemy. The akashic records are an energetic imprint and library of everything that has existed, does exist and will exist. (Refer to the question "What are the akashic records?" for further explanation) Alchemy is a transformation - turning one thing into something better. This also applies to spiritual alchemy. Instead of chemicals and complex ingredients, it is spiritual transmutation and transformation of suffering, trauma, and pain to healing, forgiveness, and gratitude. I access the akashic records through intention. It takes practice and experience to know the difference between being in the records and not. I also work very closely with Lord of the Akashic Records (yes, that is his name) to ensure I am accessing them correctly, and what I can access or not.

Generally speaking, yes...and no. Yes, though it may not be exact and may not appear to be similar at first. Every message gets filtered through whoever is giving the message. I have a specific point of reference based on my own experiences, how I communicate, how I interpret, and translate. So if two readers are side by side, they might get two seemingly different messages. But the intention of the message may be the same. Or how the person getting the reading interprets it may have the same outcome. But also, sometimes, if the message is easy to decipher, yes it will be the same. No, in that the records are very vast, even for an individual. There is so much to access and so much to do. So someone else may target a different area completely. It can be very confusing. And challenging. My clients are drawn to me because of my specific set of skills, experiences and my point of reference. I trust that whatever message that comes through me is accurately being deciphered how it is meant to. And it will be the same for someone else as well.

Yes. Some commonly experienced temporary side effects of a Reiki treatment can include: • Temperature changes (chills, shivering, excessive sweating) • Crying or sudden mood shifts • Abdominal/Stomach upsets, gas, and frequent bathroom visits • Yawning, fatigue and increased need for sleep • Less energy • Light headedness/dizziness • Sensations in different parts of the body (like hands being placed on your body) • Male erection • Radical dreams, visions, increased spiritual activity • Motivation for necessary life changes- relationships, career, health, etc. You may experience all, some, or none of these side effects. Each individual is different and healing happens in a way that is right for them. These side effects happen as a result of blockages surfacing to be released and should be temporary.

Yes. A lot of health problems stem from traumas, past live events, spiritual awakenings, stress, etc. When doctors have a hard time finding the root cause of an illness, it is very possible that it is a physical manifestation of a spiritual illness. Like western medicine, it is not a guaranteed system. Reiki and Psychic Healing can help identify the root cause and initiate healing if it is caused by spiritual means. If it is purely physical, spiritual healing can help support the body's natural healing processes. It takes time and sometimes multiple sessions to see results. A Reiki practitioner can NOT prescribe medication or diagnose physical medical conditions. Please speak with a medical professional if you have any serious medical conditions.

I always advise that the receiver of the gift be told about it. Free will is important. We all have good intentions when sending a gift, however sometimes they are not ready to receive it. I can ask them on a soul level if they are willing to accept the gift, but don't be surprised if they decline. Souls are more likely to accept the full effects of healing when they are conciously aware of it. There can also be side effects of a healing session, and it will help them to know that they are receiving healing and to expect some side effects. Not at all! Spiritual healing compliments western medicine, chiropractic care, massage therapy, etc very well. More often than not, what happens to the spiritual aspects of you can also happen to the physical aspects of you. When you combine them, you are covering all the bases. It can only benefit you, and will ultimately speed up your healing.
