Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment, I acknowledge and agree that:

• Any session or treatment provided by Cathy Rose Healing is for overall health maintenance and to balance and heal on all levels (Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual).

• I may experience some temporary bodily functions (i.e. release of gas, light headedness, tingling, yawning, crying, male erection, etc.) as a result of shifting energy within my body and know that it is a natural occurrence and is non-sexual in nature. 

• Cathy Rose Healing does not prescribe medications, diagnose conditions or perform medical treatments.

• I assume responsibility for my own current and future health conditions as well as the results of any session or treatment provided by Cathy Rose Healing.

• I will continue to follow my licensed medical practitioner’s advice on medications, treatment and diagnosis.  Any treatment(s) I receive from Cathy Rose Healing are performed at my own discretion.

• If a home visit is required, Cathy Rose Healing will respect my home and property and I will treat Cathy Rose Healing with respect.  I will not hold Cathy Rose Healing responsible for damage to property, accident, injury, or loss of life. 

• I release Cathy Rose Healing from all legal liability during any interaction or participation in sessions or treatments by Cathy Rose Healing.

• Actions that I make as a result of any information given to me by Cathy Rose Healing in a session or treatment is my sole responsibility.

• Any information I receive in a session or treatment is personalized for me and may not apply to others.  As such, Cathy Rose Healing will respect my privacy and keep any information shared in a session or treatment completely confidential unless I have given explicit permission.
   

Any mention of “Cathy Rose Healing” in this agreement is referring to the sole proprietor, Catherine Rose Whittingstall and any employee of Cathy Rose Healing.
Any mention of “I,” “me,” and “my” (or any derivative pertaining to one’s self) in this agreement is referring to the client and/or the signee.
