Welcome to my first ever blog post! My name is Cathy Rose Whittingstall and I am a spiritual entrepreneur and psychic. In this first post I would like to explain a little bit of what I do. The short version: I facilitate healing using all my modalities. The long version: I work with energy using violet and Usui reiki, channel spirit, access akashic records, and utilize other modalities to uncover and heal trauma; I work on reconnecting my clients with themselves so they understand who they are on a deeper level; I communicate with angels, archangels, crystal devas, dragons, spirit guides, and more; I channel energy directly from source/ the divine, from the Earth, or other planets; I astral travel to different realms, and even different dimensions (cool, right?); And most importantly, I am still learning. I didn’t become a spiritual healer overnight. There is so much to learn, and of all the things that we, as humans, have discovered in the spiritual community as avenues of expertise, there is always more. If you think this is complex, this is only the tip of the iceberg.

So how can I help you? I can assist you in healing whatever comes up for you, as you uncover layers of emotional, physical, mental, psychological, and spiritual scars and blockages. These blocks can be from this lifetime or from previous lifetimes. Every layer we uncover and transform will advance you to the next step in your own evolution. We are always healing and that’s okay. We all need help sometimes. That’s where I, and many other spiritual healers, come in.
